Vous aimez les algues ? <br>Leur go\u00fbt peut para\u00eetre fort ou particulier pour ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;en consommer. <br>Cependant lorsque nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 les appr\u00e9cier, nous faisons non seulement plaisir \u00e0 notre palais, mais nous nourrissons profond\u00e9ment notre organisme par la m\u00eame occasion.<br>Oui, les algues sont des tr\u00e9sors nutritionnels, elles sont un v\u00e9ritable aliment sant\u00e9 !<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/melanie-mordogan-naturopathe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_5231-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Tartare d'algues Melanie Mordogan naturopathe\" class=\"wp-image-6566\"\/><\/figure><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des prot\u00e9ines<\/h2><p>Les algues sont riches en prot\u00e9ines et elles contiennent tous les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. C&rsquo;est donc un aliment int\u00e9ressant pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens, qui ont tout \u00e0 gagner \u00e0 les introduire dans leur alimentation r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p><p>Le nori par exemple, algue utilis\u00e9e pour confectionner les makis, contient 36% de prot\u00e9ines, ce qui est \u00e9norme (plus que la viande, les oeufs ou le tofu)! La dulse et la laitue de mer en contiennent de 17 \u00e0 20%. <br>Alors certes, nous ne mangeons pas 100g d&rsquo;algues au cours d&rsquo;un repas, mais cela constitue un bon compl\u00e9ment prot\u00e9ique, notamment pour diminuer les acides gras satur\u00e9s qui accompagnent les prot\u00e9ines animales. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des micronutriments<\/h2><p><strong>Vitamine B, vitamine C, vitamine A, zinc, cuivre, magn\u00e9sium, mangan\u00e8se, calcium, iode, fer, antioxydants<\/strong>&#8230; qui dit mieux ?<br>Tous ces micronutriments sont indispensables \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre physiologique et <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/melanie-mordogan-naturopathe.fr\/?p=5782\" target=\"_blank\">renforce notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/a>.<br>Hors notre alimentation moderne est appauvrie en ces pr\u00e9cieux nutriments, c&rsquo;est donc un bon moyen d&rsquo;en apporter et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter d&rsquo;avoir recours \u00e0 des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires qui seraient moins biodisponibles.<\/p><p>Les algues contiennent aussi des <strong>om\u00e9gas 3<\/strong>, qui, entre autres, nourrissent notre syst\u00e8me nerveux, notre cerveau, et prot\u00e8gent notre syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire.<br>Ils sont sous forme de EPA et DHA, ce qui permet aux v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens de profiter de leurs bienfaits tout en \u00e9vitant de consommer les poissons gras qui en contiennent. <\/p><p>N&rsquo;oublions pas<strong> les fibres<\/strong>, dont les algues sont riches, et qui participent \u00e0 notre transit ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de notre flore intestinale.<br><\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/melanie-mordogan-naturopathe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_5259-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Tartare d'algues Melanie Mordogan naturopathe\" class=\"wp-image-6568\" width=\"293\" height=\"390\"\/><\/figure><\/div><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette du tartare d&rsquo;algues<\/h2><figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tartare d&#039;algues - 1 MINUTE CHRONO !!\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FRDjSk-Wq0M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure><p>Vous pouvez manger des algues fra\u00eeches ou s\u00e8ches (d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9es).<br>Vous pouvez les ajouter \u00e0 vos plats en assaisonnement et sans \u00eatre chauff\u00e9es pour garder toutes leurs vertus.
